清洁度测试什么情况下需要做衰减试验:
一般清洗过程参数依照客户提供之测试要求,客户未做明确要求时,需做衰减实验,确认清洗参数,所有过程体现在测试报告中。
清洁度检测主要是为了消除零件上残留的机械杂质。在装配之前如果不把这些残留杂质**干净的话,将会对零件表面造成摩擦损害,包括,发动机孔擦伤、拉缸,导致发动机无法正常工作,损坏轴瓦,影响整机性能和使用寿命。目前国内发动机的使用寿命普遍低于*水平,其中零件乃至整机的清洁度度是一个重要的影响因素。
