清洁度检测主要是为了消除零件上残留的机械杂质。在装配之前如果不把这些残留杂质**干净的话,将会对零件表面造成摩擦损害,包括,发动机孔擦伤、拉缸,导致发动机无法正常工作,损坏轴瓦,影响整机性能和使用寿命。目前国内发动机的使用寿命普遍低于*水平,其中零件乃至整机的清洁度度是一个重要的影响因素。
称重法颗粒分析
通过称重,获取颗粒的总质量是相当简单的。也就是只需称出过滤膜在过滤前和过滤后的重量,两者之间的差异就等于颗粒的总质量。为了得到正确的结果,对过滤膜进行前处理是非常重要的。通常的将膜浸入萃取液中,然后在烘箱中干燥,后储存在预先设置好时间的干燥器中。请注意,在技术上是很难去量化颗粒质量小于3mg的颗粒。因此要求一个的天平和一间环境条件恒定的房间。如果重量要求严格,则建议一大批样品仪器测试。
产品的清洁度检测的意思是什么?
确保清洁的目的是使产品达到规定的使用寿命,而不是在制造、使用和维护过程中因污染而缩短产品的使用寿命。通过检测清洁度并其极限值,提高整机的使用寿命和可靠性,减少对整机的危害,如:滤芯堵塞,回路流量减少,密封材料和隔膜的异常磨损,可以大大减少颗粒磨损造成的损坏,由于积垢量大,工作不可靠,电磁换向阀工作不可靠或烧坏,具有特殊意义。
