VDA-19 标准中，提到了很多实用并有详细说明的关于零部件表面污染物颗粒的萃取和定量分析的常用的方法。所有清洁度分析都分为三个步骤：
通过萃取液收集零部件表面的污染物颗粒
使用过滤膜对萃取液体进行过滤
将过滤膜进行分析以确定颗粒的质量，数量，尺寸和类型

清洁度测试衰减实验：
目的：确定清洁度操作规范操作规范是否适用
步骤：1.同样的实验参数进行6次清洗，记录每次实验的数据信息。
2.计算衰减值，满足10%原则，则清洗参数有效。
3.如6次实验后依然不能达到衰减的要求，则需要调整清洗参数或清洗方法，再次进行衰减实验。
